Our members represent 7 nationalities with diverse ages and educational / social backgrounds. Almost half our church is under 35 years old.
Lyon Church of Christ
Besides Sunday worship, we have classes for all ages.
- Tuesday evening Bible study.
- Friday night prayer meeting.
- Frequent get-togethers among the young adults.
- Monthly potluck with a French-style 4-course meal, fellowship and singing.
Frequent retreats
Since living as a Christian is countercultural in France, it’s important to us to meet often. We have 6 annual retreats:
- For our local church
- For teens
- For young adults
- For all ages, including children
- For the ladies
- For church leaders from France, Switzerland and Belgium
We love to sing!
Our church loves to sing. Several of our members are part of the Choeur à coeurs virtual chorus.
Summer children's camp
We are also involved in the summer children’s camp and the week-long spiritual internship at the Chapelle de Fuveau in Marseille.
